Not just another blog
I started a blog because I want a place to record my reflections in three distinct spaces: Episcopal Life and Culture, Web Technology, and Marketing & Analytics. I believe that the Episcopal Church is uniquely positioned in the American landscape to offer hope, beauty, refuge, and sacred presence. Yet, I don’t see us using technology or marketing and analytics in a way that would insure our survival, let alone our growth.
Merrill Media Communications, LLC, is my response to that contradiction. It is a personal response, but it is also act of devotion, even service. Here I take tools that are designed for people who are selling things and translate them into tools used to reflect and amplify the organic beauty and ancient strength we have in our community and in our liturgy into a world that needs to hear a loving, progressive, and historic Christianity.
